I had an amazing stay. The room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with high-quality ingredients. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. it felt luxurious and special. 😊

Had a somewhat restless night due to a mysterious beeping sound that I couldn’t track down. it might not bother everyone, but it was annoying for me. Breakfast didn't live up to expectations, the bread felt stale and the coffee lacked strength, which could easily be improved. a £20 tray fee for room service seemed a bit excessive given our proximity to the restaurant. a little more flexibility would have made the experience smoother.
